Okay, I thought I’d sorta explain a few things…just because.

  • I update every day. That being said, I don’t spam your wall when I update…I work and am away from the computer for most of the day, so I always try to fill up the queue so something is posted (at least) every hour.
  • I divide my posts into six categories:
  • healthy recipes
  • food - pictures or facts/tips about food/eating healthy
  • exercise - specific exercises or tips about working out
  • teaporn - possibly my favourite! everything to do with tea.
  • personal posts - things I post about my day, my life, my thoughts
  • stats - I haven’t been amazing about this in the past couple of weeks, but I feel like I was going a bit nuts measuring and expecting results so I’m thinking this might be a monthly thing from now on

Anyway, yayyy. Some other things I sometimes tag: running and summer. I’m not always on top of this, but you can always check them out.
